we had a problem with the first delivery so we called the store and the salesguy hung up on us .he did not have time for us.

he was busy trying to scam somebody else. then we had to exchange are matress for another one and they only let us return the matress but not the boxspring so now we do not have a matching set. even thou we paid an extra 200.00 dollars and 50.00 for the delivery. we will never buy from them again.

they are very rude and do not care about their customers.so please dont buy from them.

Yeah right.They let you return only one piece?

Most mattress sales are final so that's really nice of them.

What Did you do to the boxspring ?Anyone whose bought furniture know it has to be in the original condition for exchanges...next time don't tear stuff up and try to return it.

This isn't my complaint, but but your little ignorant .02 cents is childish and assuming.Assuming is for ***.

We've actually had the same issue with Sleep Outfitters and followed ALL of the rules for their return policy. Because some people ARE smart enough to read the fine print and see that the 120 day "comfort guarantee" policy is written in a very shady manner. It would not matter one iota if you followed all of the return policy guidelines in order to be able to take a mattress or box spring back. Box springs are not listed as one of the approximately ten items on their NO RETURNS list.

We had all the original packaging, used extra care so that their were no blemishes whatsoever and made our request to return well within the period of time in their written policy and they STILL made it difficult.

We ended up returning it anyway.

So do yourself and the world a favor and go jump off a *** bridge you *** piece of ***.
